As some of you might know I’m a big fan of Line 6 Helix. This unit has become my go to rig whenever it’s time to perform, record or teach. Together with the Native Plug-In it’s a powerstation for all my guitaristic needs. I recently finished a song featuring The Helix with the new update, 2.30, which features lots of new stuff. Here I focused on showing off two of the new amps: The Cartographer (based on the custom Ben Adrian Cartographer amp) and the Brit Trem (based on the Marshall Plexi Tremolo 50). I also included one of the new pedals The Cosmos Echo (based on the Roland RE-201 Space Echo). Hope you enjoy!
Due to the release of THE SONIC E’s album “Dope Regards” november 1st, Västerås Tidning wrote an article on the band. It’s in Swedish and the band explains their hopes for the future. At the moment our main goal is not to play live, but to get a good receivment for the album. Check out the album at iTunes and Spotify. We put in a lot of work into it. Besides writing lots of tunes we made a real effort to getting the technical side of things to work. All the members also put in a lot of work to get our debut tour happening. Then I took the material into my mixing studio where I mixed all the tunes except two that were mixed by Mats Nyman. The cover layout/photo was also made by me.
